What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They let the site remember your settings, measure traffic, and show relevant advertising. We use comparable technologies such as localStorage and measurement pixels.
Categories of cookies we use
- Necessary — required for the site to work (sign-in, language, storing your consent choice). They cannot be turned off and need no consent.
- Analytics — help us understand how you use the site so we can improve it (Google Analytics, internal recommendations). Loaded only after your consent.
- Marketing — let us measure and deliver advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and remind you of vehicles you viewed. Loaded only after your consent.

Third-party analytics and advertising
With your consent we use third-party tools that process data as controllers or processors in their own right:
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics for traffic measurement.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel for measuring and targeting ads on Facebook and Instagram, including reminding you of vehicles you viewed (remarketing).

Legal basis and international transfers
Necessary cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies are processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Some providers (Google and Meta) may transfer data to the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, together with Google, relies on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard for transfers outside the EU. For the Meta Pixel we act as joint controllers with Meta for the stage of collecting and transmitting data from your browser.
How to manage consent
On your first visit we show a bar where you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies, or pick individual categories via “Cookie settings”. Without your consent these cookies are not loaded. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time — the “Cookie settings” link is in the site footer on every page, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
