Platform and services

The platform offers vehicles for purchase through online auctions and direct sale ("Buy now"). The operator is the seller of the vehicles; the purchase contract is concluded between the operator as seller and the buyer.

Account and registration

Bidding and buying require registration and a user account, available only to persons over 18 with full legal capacity. The details you provide must be true and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Deposit

Bidding in auctions requires a refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 or EUR 500 (depending on the chosen currency). The deposit is paid by bank transfer or card and unlocks the ability to bid.

The deposit is refundable. The operator returns it after your participation in auctions ends, or on request, once any outstanding obligations you owe to the operator have been settled.

Auctions and bids

• Every bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn or changed afterwards.
• The winner is the user with the highest bid at the moment the auction closes.
• Near the end of an auction the time may be extended (soft-close) so others can respond.
• Winning an auction creates an obligation to conclude the purchase at the achieved price.

Buy now

For selected vehicles you can buy directly at the stated price without an auction. Confirming the purchase creates an obligation to take and pay for the vehicle.

Where the buyer is a consumer, statutory rights apply, including any right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; the specific conditions and statutory exceptions (e.g. for auctions) are communicated before the contract is concluded.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the relevant currency for each vehicle. VAT information is shown with the vehicle or communicated before the contract is concluded. Payments are made using the methods offered on the platform.

Liability

As the seller, the operator is responsible for the description and condition of the vehicle and for statutory liability for defects; it does not exclude this liability towards consumers. The operator may end or cancel an auction early for serious reasons.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; disputes are decided by Czech courts. Consumers have the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes; the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
